Mader Nonna Spinning Top

A small top with a wonderfully clever secret.

Nonna is hand-turned from cherry wood with an off-center walnut inlay and maple stem. Because walnut is heavier than cherry, that asymmetrical little detail changes the balance and helps create a surprisingly long, mesmerizing spin. We chose it because the beauty isn’t added on—it comes directly from how the thing works.

Simple enough to pick up. Satisfying enough to keep trying.
