Eighty-one little wooden pieces in warm shades of red, orange and yellow, made for arranging, sorting, counting, building and beginning again.

There are nine different shapes, each with its own color and character. Children can make elaborate patterns and mandalas, line them up by size, work out repeating sequences, use them as counters or scatter them through a small world as flowers, food, treasure, stepping stones, tiny buildings—whatever happens to be missing.

They’re the sort of pieces that seem very simple sitting in the box, then quietly find their way into almost everything.

Each one is made from natural wood and finished by hand with translucent, water-based dyes that allow the grain to remain visible. Small differences in color, texture and wood are part of their charm.

Beautiful on their own, and even better mixed into a collection of blocks, figures and other loose parts.
