Grapat is a family project from the Catalan countryside that started after the founders' first child turned everyday objects into whatever she wanted — no store-bought toys required. When their second kid arrived, they moved out of the city and kept going, hand-staining pieces in-house and prototyping new designs in clay and beeswax. This set contains 6 Nins Tomtens, 18 coins, 6 cones, 3 honeycombs, 3 fires, and 6 mushrooms in a GOTS-certified textile bag. Nothing is too defined, so the coins can be roads or stones, the cones can be trees, the figures can be magical beings or real people. No instructions. No rules. Just loose parts for building invented Small Worlds. All collaborators and suppliers are local European; Grapat works with foundations supporting people with physical or mental disabilities, who help with packaging.

Dump it out. Somebody names all six figures immediately, assigns the fires to a camp that doesn't exist yet, and begins urban planning with the coins. The mushrooms are now a neighborhood. A cone is mayor. By tomorrow the honeycombs are a completely different thing and one of the Nins has allegedly gone missing but will turn up in a shoe.
