Mader Ballerina Spinning Top

Part spinning top, part tiny feat of balance.

The Ballerina is turned from cherry wood with an eccentrically set walnut stem, giving it an off-center look that somehow settles into a beautifully graceful spin. It can be launched with the fingers or between two hands, and we chose it because there’s real skill hiding inside something so simple—the more you practice, the better it gets.

A little wobble. A little patience. Then suddenly, she dances.
