The Ti EDC Wrench V2 is that idea as a pocket wrench: Grade 5 titanium, just under 4 inches long, infinitely adjustable from 3/16 to 3/4" with metric sizes included. V2 adds a flat bit driver and two double-sided bit storage slots so it is not only a wrench.

An entire wrench set that rides like a pocket knife. Turn the thumb screw one-handed, clip it, and you are the person who can actually tighten the thing everyone else is staring at. The antique Swedish wrench it was modeled on never had a bit driver. This one does.
