Brighton Base Layer | Merino Mesh | Seamless Construction
Notify me when it’s back
Tracksmith's Brighton is a seamless merino base layer built with engineered mesh for breathability and a closed knit on the sleeves for extra warmth where your wrists need it. It's Woolmark Wool Blend certified—52% merino wool, 28% nylon, 20% polyester in the solid colors, with a slightly different blend in the stripes. The construction is seamless to avoid chafing, the fit runs standard, and it works as a standalone layer or under something heavier. Tracksmith launched in 2014 in Wellesley, Massachusetts at the halfway point of the Boston Marathon, naming themselves after the dedication to craft and training. They call themselves a challenger brand built on ingenuity and nimbleness, championing the Running Class—non-pro runners chasing personal excellence. The hare logo, Eliot, comes from British illustrator Gary Chalk and represents a challenger that relies on speed and wit to survive.
The seamless construction eliminates chafing but also eliminates any excuse for stopping mid-run to adjust your shirt, so now it's just you and your lack of excuses out there.
